Q: Why is Dine on Time no longer available?
A: Dine on Time ran as a pilot program to measure shopper interest in a food ordering service for our retailers. The good news is, it was a success! Now that we have completed our pilot, we’re ending the service and reviewing what we build next to make Westfield services even better.
Q: Will I continue to receive marketing emails from Westfield?
A: If you opted in to hear more about Westfield, we’ll continue to send you the latest news, events and offers to your subscribed email address. Should you wish to check your subscription status or unsubscribe from our newsletters, you may do so by visiting our unsubscribe page.
Q: How can I obtain a receipt for my Dine on Time purchases?
A: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request receipts for past purchases. Please provide your name, email address and mobile number associated with your Dine on Time account so we can look up your purchase history. The last day to request a receipt is December 31st, 2016.
Q: Can I send you additional feedback? Will you let me know if you launch a new service?
A: Yes! Please email email@example.com to provide us with detailed feedback. Please provide your email address, so we can notify you if new services become available.
